LETTER SENT TO PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH

President George W. Bush
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington, DC 20500

February 10, 2007

Dear Mr. President,

I am writing to you a second time in regards to your recent state of the union address. Your statements in the beginning of your speech captivated my attention because of a project I have been involved in regarding the lowering of fuel consumption. You stated that you are hoping to see a difference within the next ten (10) years in regards to this problem. In your most recent Saturday radio address, February 10, 2007, you asked Congress to help solve "one of the great challenges facing our generation" by approving proposals you say will cut U.S. gasoline consumption by up to 20 percent over 10 years. I am still hoping that you are most serious about this concern. Both engines will be most beneficial for the fuel economy for this country. I pray that it will be your resolve to stand tall upon your integrity and make the appropriate moves to deliver this nation from the strong hold that oil has on it.

Once again I have at my disposal two engines that will change the face of the fuel economy for the world and this nation. These two inventions are not just ideas in somebody’s head. They are not just mere scientific hypotheses that need developing. They actually have been built, tested and tried in an automobile.

The first is an engine that burns gasoline just like we use now. The difference is that it has the ability to burn a full droplet of gasoline through its ability to recycle any fuel that is not burned the first time. What this means is that there is no need for a catalytic converter and the emissions are reduced to a degree that is ninety-five (95) percent less emissions of any engine built today. It virtually has no emissions, therefore passing any emission standards with flying colors. This is good for the environment but what it means to the consumer is most valuable. It means being able to get 60-70 miles on each gallon of gasoline. That means instead of a twenty (20) percent reduction over ten (10) years we are talking over fifty (50) percent reduction in a matter of months. This engine can stop the loss of our automobile industry because it can be fitted into any car or truck that is manufactured and attached to its drive train. It can be assembled on any regular assembly line at any auto manufacturer. No expensive modifications are needed for the assembly lines. It would be great to open one of the Ford Motor Corp plants that was recently shut down causing the loss of jobs to many. The major oil companies would do well to accept this engine for it is far better than losing out totally because of a change to a hydrogen engine, which brings me to the second engine.

The second engine is an engine that runs on “PURE WATER”. It is not just an idea. It is a fact and can be produced on an assembly line. The beauty of this engine is that it has NO NEED FOR A HYDROGEN FUEL CELL. Of course this engine will totally eliminate the need for gasoline and major oil companies will probably not want to see it mass produced. Mr. President, there is no need to wait for ten years. By the way this engine will get about 70-80 miles per gallon or 40-50 miles per kilograms of hydrogen. The engine works! That would be a reduction in oil consumption of one hundred (100) percent in regards to automobiles.

Both engines will work in any car and have been placed on Ebay to allow for bids for the rights to build. I have attached copies of the Ebay ads. They have been on Ebay for a bit now. I have in the past notified the big three auto manufacturers and also Chairman Johnson of the EPC. Of course the response has been very slow as Chairman Johnson’s office advised me he could not persuade any of the companies to take a look at the engines. What would be sad in this entire situation is for some foreign company to bid for the rights to own and build the automobiles and sell them to this country, thereby reaping the financial gains for these inventions.

Mr. President you say ten years. Wouldn’t it be nice to see these automobiles roll off the assembly lines before you leave the Oval Office? If you would like to speak with me on this matter, I can be reached in San Diego, CA at telephone number 619-xxx-xxxx. You may also view information about these engines on my blog at:
http://paylessforgas.blogspot.com/ Email address is: paylessforgas@sbcglobal.net

I am presently sending a copy of this letter to the committees in the House and in the Senate working on alternative fuels and also sending letters to a few of the major newspapers and major television news syndicates. A copy is also being sent to Mr. Al Gore who has expressed interest in lowering the emissions in our atmosphere and Mr. Newt Gingrich. As you can see no legislation is actually needed; just a willingness to change to a NEW ENGINE that is already proven and tested and does not have to increase the cost of production of automobiles in this great country.

I thank you in advance Mr. President for giving your attention to this pressing matter for this nation and its fuel economy.

Sincerely,

Steven Golden
